Windows 10: I cannot verify my child account to log on in her laptop

I have a message that I need to verify my child account on her windows device; however, anytime I try to log on, it closes automatically, so I am not able to follow the steps described to verify it and then in loops

So I logged in as the child account and it told me to verify my account, now when I closed it, it keeps popping up. Next I clicked verify and it told me to enter a code by a parent email. Now I clicked SKIP (5 days) and now I want to verify my account. Do I still have to wait 5 days?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I did the following instead.

I have another laptop, 2 weeks old, with Windows 10 Home on it.

On that one, I tried the same steps with the child account, and got the exact same results.

 

Can’t log into child account

To further isolate this issue, kindly verify the following:

• Are you encountering the issue while trying to log into the child's account to the PC itself or using a web browser?
• Did you encounter any error messages?
