Windows 10: i cant activate my windows 10

anyone can help me regarding to my windows 10 activation, I buy a laptop in second street here in japan and now I am trying to activate my windows 10 the problem is there Is no product key on my laptop can anyone help me how to find my product key? I already try the methods that Ive know

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
