Windows 10: I can't add any more Windows Hello sign-in options

I have an XPS 13 9380 that I got for Christmas recently. I was setting up my computer and I added both the Pin and a fingerprint. But, when I went back today to add all fingerprints on all hands, the face scanner, the fingerprint, and the pin said "This option is currently unavailable." So I can't setup the face scanner or add or remove my fingerprint. The Pin I can remove and I did that. So, when turned off my computer I inputted my password, it had me create a new pin, and create a new fingerprint sign-in option then i resumed right where I was when i turned it off. The same message was still there for all them. I tried updating my computer and going to the files, but I didn't do anything to them. I went into the Device manager and it said everything was working properly. And, this is a personal computer so there is no interference from an organization or something.


Help me, please! This is so annoying and bugs me that something is wrong with my computer, but I can't figure out what it is.

My hello sign in stopped working.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
