Windows 10: I can't be the only person who finds the Movie Maker that we get to through the photos app,...

Microsoft keeps saying that they're notifying their top advisors, but none of them are stopping to help me.


I need help with my Movie Maker that I get to through the photos app.


It's not really saving the program, and when it does, I can't find where it's saving it. But when I do find it, I notice that it saves it in a .vpb file, which I can't believe many Microsoft users would know what to do with.


I had to stop using 2012 windows movie maker, but using the Photos App that comes with windows 10 seems impossible, to me.

But this ( alternative app ) is not movie maker , it just shows what I have photos in my box pictures .

Repair the Movie Maker.

  Type Programs and Features in the search bar and click on the first selection.
  
• 
  Under Programs and Features, "Windows Live Essentials" is listed. Highlight and click "uninstall/change" at the top to get the repair dialog.
  
• 
  The repair actually applies to all the installed components of the Essentials package, including Movie Maker.
  

If the issue persists, then I suggest you to download the latest version of Movie Maker (2012). Please refer to this link:
