Windows 10: I can't change my cursor even though i have tried everything out there, can someone help?

    I can't change my cursor even though i have tried everything out there, can someone help?


    I have tried to change my cursor for like three years now, everytime i try to change it, nothing happens. it will load for a minute and it won't change to what i want it to be. I've asked friends and watched videos on the internet, nothing works.

    Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
