Windows 10: i can't change size of apps after i changed size of font even when i change fonts back to...

I can't change the size of apps after I changed the size of the font even when I change fonts back to normal. I tried "hold ctrl and scroll" and view> short icon.

They worked but didn't change too much distance between apps. I made one local account and check, Everything was normal there so no driver issue. But this is showing the problem.

also, can i chnage font size for all menu in phone?

The changing of font size ibn 6288 only does for

"Messaging" and "Web" under Settings>Display>Font Size.

Any help appreciated...
