Windows 10: I can't click on anything in the start menu.

    The little windows symbol in the bottom left and from there i found the download link.

    It might just be a problem with the mouse, since it is happening on two operating systems, both of which are clean-installs.

    I can't click on anything in the start menu.

    Is it a generic wireless mouse, or do have any product details such as the brand and model number that could give to us? There could be an available driver update, or it's a known problem with certain versions of Windows.

    He tried another USB mouse and had the same problem.

    He did not specify that he used a USB mouse. He used his trackpad.

    Are you kidding me. All these years. It was an outdated driver. For some reason i thought it automagically downloaded the driver updates? Whatever. I thank you both very much. I couldn't have done it without you guys.

    I can't click on anything in the start menu.

    Download SetPoint. It's from Logitech. In the description of it, it says "Support added for Windows 10". I'm not sure if this just means that the software will run on Windows 10 or if it means that a problem with the mouse was resolved on Windows 10, but if don't have it, download it.
