Windows 10: i cant controle sound devices

so i end up with my headphone's jack stuck in my PC port, and i couldnt get it out : but the REAL PROBLEM is that i cant hear anything in the speakers because my pc detects the broken headphones . and i couldnt find a way to eject the headphones and enable the speaker so is there any solution or is there any software that could help me ?

• Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.
• Right-click on the Sound card and click on Uninstall.
• Install the latest audio driver from the manufacturer website.
