Windows 10: I can't do anything (Please Help)

Discus and support I can't do anything (Please Help) in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So, I can't install anything from the Microsoft Store, I cant download new updates (My system Version is 1903) I can't update my drivers, I cant run...     I can't do anything (Please Help)


    So, I can't install anything from the Microsoft Store, I cant download new updates (My system Version is 1903) I can't update my drivers, I cant run applications that were downloaded thru the Microsoft Store, I cant run wsreset.exe or any super-tools like that, diagnostics don't detect any problems, Re-Installing Windows 10 is NOT an option as there are gigabytes of important data and My full specifications will be listed below.

    Legion Y520-15IKBN Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 80WK

    Widnows 10 Home

    Bought in June 2017

    Intel Core i7 (7th Gen) 7700HQ / 2.8 GHz

    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 3 GB
