Windows 10: I can't do anything.

Discus and support I can't do anything. in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So i just got a new pc like 3 hours ago and had the windows installed and everything.     I can't do anything.


    So i just got a new pc like 3 hours ago and had the windows installed and everything. Suddenly, i am unable to open any applications. I can't open internet explorer or anything. I tried to google how to fix this problem when you can't open any applications but these solutions required me to open applications to fix the problem which is what i am unable to do. I am really frustrated because i just got my new pc and i can't even use it because i can't open any applications at all. Please, if you faced this issue before, do help me out! Thank You!
