Windows 10: i cant dowload the app to answer my professional exam, i really need it..

i cant dowload the app to answer my professional exam, i really need it.. I tried to click on advanced settings, but there is no option to choose where to get applications from, Can you help me download the application i need to access to my exam?

Azure exam

Hello

I signed up for the Azure AZ-900 online exam (Pearson VUE).



Unfortunately, every time the app (Pearson VUE) got into simulation mode it crashed.

So I could not take the exam.



I have tried to explain myself several times to chat support without success.



At some point, I was directed to open a ticket in my Azure account, that it is not really effective

1. It is not possible to open a ticket about anything besides Azure products

2. Because the account is free there is no support and it is not possible to open a ticket.



I would love to get a refund and I am still interested in doing the exam, is there any support for the Pearson VUE app?

Is there another option to take the exam?
