I can't download themes from Microsoft store or send feed back. It says error try later.

Publish themes to Microsoft Store

Currently Microsoft Store only support publication for applications and app developer and you won't be able to publish themes. However, in case you are using Windows 10, you may open the Feedback Hub app and file a suggestion and request ability to publish themes.

 

Change themes back to numbered tiles in Microsoft Mahjong

Changing the tiles for Microsoft Mahjong can be done through the Theme Settings of the game. To change the settings, follow the steps below:

• Launch the game.
• Press F5 on your keyboard to show the settings.
• Click on Themes and choose your preferred theme under
  Standard Themes.

Microsoft Store and Feedback Hub will not launch

I'm trying to install a new printer on a new Dell Windows 10 machine and the only way to get the drivers for the printer is through the Microsoft Store. When I try to launch the Microsoft Store it comes up for about 3 seconds and then goes away with no error message. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps in this article: Microsoft Store doesn't open - Microsoft Support to no avail. The last step said to then open the Feedback Hub but I'm having the same problem with Feedback Hub. How do I fix these two apps?
