Windows 10: I cant download games using steam

Hi recently i tried downloading game with steam and it doesnt work cause it something is making it crash every time i tryi found this error report The program steam.exe version 7.15.2.67 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel. Process ID: 2d1c Start Time: 01d8478cdafda

Windows 10 Steam game crashes

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card driver by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.

Can't Download games in Steam now either

You may face this issue if some Steam file is corrupted or due to third party software conflict. Follow these methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Steam, if you have downloaded files and check if it helps:

To uninstall or change a program:

• Open Programs and Features by pressing
  Windows key + X, clicking Control Panel, clicking
  Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.
  
• Select a program, and then click
  Uninstall. Some programs include the option to change or repair the program in addition to uninstalling it, but many simply offer the option to uninstall. To change a program, click
  Change or Repair. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  

Method 2: Run the launcher as administrator from the stream games folder.

a) Right click on Steam

b) On context menu, click “Run as Administrator”.

Method 3:

I would suggest you to download the latest graphics card drivers from the manufacturer website. You may also try installing the game in compatibility mode.
Follow these steps to install the game software in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

1. Right-click on the game setup file and click on
‘properties’

2. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
