Windows 10: I can't download Visual Studio Community 2017.

I can't download Visual Studio 2017. Is there a way to get it? If so, please let me know how to get it and the link I would like the free version of Community, but if there is no free version, I will not be able to use the paid version of Professional or Enterprise. As a side note, Visual Studio 2022 was available for download.
