Windows 10: I cant download windows 10

Hello! I was recently playing starwars on my pc when suddenly it froze and then my whole pc shut down when i went to reboot, my windows 10 boot up was gone from my boot menu, my m.2 had stopped working and i couldnt do anything. I hop online to see if anyone else has had this problem, i have no luck, i grab my usb and try to redownload it, and i have some luck, i can install it to the point untill it has to restart then it just gets stuck in that cycle, so i go to start up repair and then i get this

i am like okay how do i fix this, i look online simple just go into your commands and put bootrec /fixmbr however mine never is succeful it says a device attached to the system it not functiong

I then try bootrec /fixboot and i get access deneid


I havent been able to sign in to my pc since this has happend i am about 8 hours in of research and i wanna cry


Any advice on how to fix this problem ? i dont care about any save files at this point i just want my pc back

i have also redolwned on a seprate usb and tried that cleaneing my storegae and i have had no luck, plase help !!

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.
