Windows 10: I cant find PalmCheck

Discus and support I cant find PalmCheck in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; So Im trying to use my Keyboard and touchpad at the same time and it doesn't work.     I cant find PalmCheck


    So Im trying to use my Keyboard and touchpad at the same time and it doesn't work. Ive tried looking for the PalmChecker that's supposed to be below sensitivity in the settings panel. The thing is Palmchecker isn't there at all and ive tried turning the sensitivity down and I still cant use both things at the same time. Im not sure what to do, please help.

    What is the model of your hp laptop?

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to change the setting in device manager:

    ◾Go to Control Panel tile.
    ◾Click on the Mouse icon.

    ◾Go to TouchPad Settings tab, and click on ClickPad Settings Or open the Device Settings tab then Settings.

    ◾Under Pointer, click on PalmCheck-Enhanced and hit the gear icon.

    ◾In PalmCheck-Enhanced properties, go to the PalmCheck section and move the slider to ON, and hit Close button

    ◾Next, Click OK.
