Windows 10: I can't fully uninstall this app

I was recently having problems with nordvpn so I decided to install and uninstall again to see if it would fix the problem.I couldn't understand all that so I killed all of the processes related to nordvpn and then I was able to uninstall. when I tried to download it again it said that there was a version on my computer already.

I looked through my computer looking for any file related to nordVPN and deleted it. Finally I tried again but it's still saying there's a version on my computer already, then I went to apps and features I typed in nord VPN. Turns out there still an app there except it doesn't have the nordvpn icon and when I try to uninstall it it says that it can't be found.

On the nordvpn subreddit one guy answered and he told me to use a registry cleaner but when I searched up registry cleaner on Reddit to see what ones people recommend all I'm seeing is people saying not to use a registry cleaner.

Program will not fully uninstall

One possible reason why you can't uninstall this program is because it's still running. You can have it stopped first (from running) before uninstalling. See the steps below on how to do so:

• Press the Windows key and type in "task manager"
• Click on Task Manager and go to the Processes tab.
• Look for the app you want to uninstall. Right-click on it and tick on
  End task.
• After doing this so, try to uninstall the app.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you posted then, and thought that using a command in the tutorial caused you an issue.

It would be recommended to keep the Store Purchase app, and should not be removed with the commands that uninstall all apps except "Store".

I'll go through the list for new apps now, and get any that are safe to uninstall added to the tutorial.
