Windows 10: I can't get Age of Mythology key code to be redeemed on Steam.

So I got Age of Mythology. and Age of Mythology the Titans expansion. But the new computer I bought does not have a CD drive on it. (very sad.)


So I tried entering my CD-Keys for AOM and AOMT on Steam but it comes back with an error. saying I need to contact the provider or something...


So that's why I'm here. I was hoping I could get a code for AOM and AOMT expansion. so I can play it on steam.. I got the Key-Codes for it. so it shouldn't be a problem.



Also got the Key-codes for Age of Empres II Age of Kings. and Age of Empires III. But will probably just buy AoE III digitally on amazon.



Anyways anyhelp would be much appreciated. thank you for your time. ^_^

Age of Mythology on Steam Won't Work

I recently bought Age of Mythology Extended Edition through Steam and when I first played it, it worked fine. However, I tried to come back to it and now, it stops working every time I try to start it up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game
through Steam multiple times and the only difference between then and now is I did a general software update a few days ago. Can anyone help?
