Windows 10: I cant get firefox or google to work

So i can download both firefox and google, but they wont open on my computer. Ive made sure and my computer is update on windows and its on the current update. I cant even open google but when i restart my computer i can open firefox to the regular browser saying its offline and . If i interact with firefox any way after that it shuts down and i cant open it again. Ive had this problem for awhile and did a hard reset on my computer for no diffrence to be made and i have no idea what todo. please help.

Firefox does not work on start up

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Firefox
and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall
Firefox:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• Look for Firefox and right click on it and click on
  uninstall.
• Reboot the computer after uninstall is complete and try to reinstall them.

Google Plans a Web-browser, To be called Google Chrome

Keep in mind the default page for Firefox is Google search. Coincidence? I think not.

 

Getting Google on Firefox

I have my default search engine set for Google in Firefox. But Firefox will not allow google to come up. I get this error message: "Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page". It does this twice after I click "allow" and
then instead of Google, I get QIP browser results. This is not acceptable. I think Firefox is blocking Google, because they think it is a security risk. I have done a lot of research to find a solution to this problem.but I can't fix it. Google will work
with IE, but I prefer to use Firefox. This problem started when Firefox revised their browser to a newer version. Does anyone know why I am getting QIP instead of Google? Is there a fix for this? Please reply!
