Windows 10: I can't get into Firefox because of Family settings.

Hi! So I've been trying to get into Firefox on my laptop and it says I need to ask for parent permission. I clicked ask by email and nothing showed up on my email for my dads. I've done some research into seeing what might fix the problem. My dad and I went into the family setting and turned off all of the child locks. After waiting 24 hours, the same message was still popping up. Since I was over the age of 18 on my account I left the family thinking it might solve the problem. After waiting another 24 hours, the same message was still popping up. I'm not sure what to do now and any answers would be greatly appreciated!

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

How to turn off Family safety settings

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you regarding the
family safety settings.

Turn off family settings in Windows 10

• To turn off family settings for a child in your family, sign in at account.microsoft.com/family. Then choose one of these
  options:
  • Remove them from family settings by choosing Remove, then selecting their account, then selecting
    Remove again. They’ll still be able to sign in to their PCs, but this will remove any family limits that you set.
  • Or select them from the main family page, which will bring you to their Recent activity. If
    Activity reporting is turned On, turn it
    Off. Then repeat for the other settings pages (Web browsing, Apps, games & media, Screen time, Purchase & spending), making sure that those switches are turned
    Off.
