Windows 10: I cant get my taskbar to appear smaller?

I cant get it smaller then this, i gave unlocked it but it doesn't get smaller. There are also two rows of applications, which is also weird.Here you can see i can make it larger, just nog any smaller.

Thank you for replying.



I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if you are able to remove the language pack:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter:
   lpksetup /u de-DE.
   
4. Restart the computer.
