Windows 10: I can't get Windows 10 to update from 1803 to 1903

Discus and support I can't get Windows 10 to update from 1803 to 1903 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I can't get windows 10 to update from version 1803 to 1903.     I can't get Windows 10 to update from 1803 to 1903


    I can't get windows 10 to update from version 1803 to 1903. I've updated my BIOS, uninstalled all my antivirus programs, and installed the 1803 Windows ADK.


    I've tried 3 different installation methods, using the windows update, the update assistant, and the USB install. The only thing I ever have plugged in when i do this is the USB and that is only when I am attempting the USB install.


    It gets to about 24% then attempts to restart automatically but never gets past the boot screen.


    I've been trying to figure this out for days. Any help is appreciated.

    Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

    My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

    I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

    Any thoughts, suggestions?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
