Windows 10: I can't install Ark: Survival Evolve onto my laptop.

I have had Ark since it was in Game Preview on X-Box, I want to host a dedicated server on my laptop now but whenever I go to "buy" it in the Microsoft store on my laptop, it won't let me. It shows that I own it but it keeps trying to make me download onto other X-Boxes, but not my computer. My laptop is up-to-date on updates but it still won't let me. Help would be very appreciated, thank you!

xbox on windows10 wont open ark survival evolved

the Xbox app on my windows10 laptop wont lunch certain games when i try to open a small game like bubble witch 3 saga it opend but when i try to open a larger game mainly ark survival evolved it would breifly show the start up screen then just disapear
and send me back to the Xbox app i am unsure as to why this is happaning as my ark game has no mods installed and was working only a couple of days ago

Ark: Survival Evoled is an Xbox Play Anywhere which means you can play the game on both Xbox One and Windows 10 device. However, Xbox One is designed to be a gaming device. That is why it has a lesser downloadable file size during game updates compared to
Windows 10. While Windows 10 needs a larger downloadable file size during the game updates to make the game more compatible and playable on a Windows 10 device during game updates.
