Windows 10: I cant install C++ visuals 2015-2019. the error is "The feature you are trying to use is on...

Hello, so after a few windows updates my games are starting to act up, after a lot of research I found out that I need to download the latest supported Visual C++ downloads. I downloaded them but I can't install them, I tried of lot options but nothing seems to work, when I try to install I get this:The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that us unavailable.". The first time I tried it said that the other Visual C++ downloads could't be deleted, so I deleted them myself form control panel but that did not help. PLEASE HELP!!!

Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 failure to install

I've been trying to install Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 for some time now but every time I try no matter what I do I get the error the older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 x64 minimum runtime 14.24.28127 can not be removed

I also get told that it can't find the path to vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi again this is for visual c++ 2019 x64 part.

This isn't a problem with the Visual C++ 2015 - 2019 redistributable that you are trying to install. There is a Visual C++ 2015 redistributable already installed and the problem is with that.

The version of the redistributable that you are trying to install is trying to remove the old version of the Visual C++ redistributable, and this is failing.

To remove this redistributable, you must obtain a copy of the Visual C++ 2015 version 14.0.24215 and use that to remove the redistributable. It must be this exact version. Once you have done that then the Visual C++ 2015 - 2019 will install.

Try to go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

Check if the following is installed already:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64)

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x64)

If the two x64 version of 2015 and 2017 are both installed, kindly Uninstall them first and proceed with the 2015-2019 (x64) installation. Note: If the version is x86 and not x64, you may keep the x86.
