Windows 10: I can't install KB4566782

When I restart my computer to finish the update, it's fine until 98% and than it says "We couldn't complete the update. Undoing changes" and after it restarted I get 0x800f0922 error. I tried resetting windows update, I enabled .NET features and ran sfc /scannow which didn't find any problems.

KB4566782 Boot problem

KB4566782 update causing boot failure(black screen with dialer image). After several minutes, shut down and restart. After 2-3 restarts I got message "attempting repairs", and then "We removed some recently installed updates to recover your device from
a startup failure." Stopped updates to continue using computer for a few days and had no problems booting up. Downloaded update manually and installed and had same problem. Checked download list, KB4566782 not listed but KB45665503 was on download date. How
does this problem get corrected?

Issues even after KB4566782 update. How can you even use a computer like this? Is there a fix to this in sight?

• Programs unresponsive
• Programs slow to startup
• Firefox slow to startup
• Firefox sometimes takes forever to load page
• Programs crashing
• Restart still taking 15 minutes for restart
• Getting mouse lag

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
