Windows 10: I can't load my "View Bitlocker Keys". Please help

Discus and support I can't load my "View Bitlocker Keys". Please help in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to click on "View Bitlocker keys" and a window pops up, however it gets stuck on a "loading" screen.     I can't load my "View Bitlocker Keys". Please help


    I am trying to click on "View Bitlocker keys" and a window pops up, however it gets stuck on a "loading" screen. I have tried a few different browsers and I have had no luck. Please note that this computer is currently requesting for the BitLocker recovery key to continue the bootup.My computer is the GSVCAP-PC1CRQ5R and the device object ID is: 557962b5-080c-4302-9d20-d9a1ed6d1e80.Last, please note that this account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is associated with intermedia.
