Windows 10: I can't log in or use my Xbox app on my Microsoft surface proX

When I try to log into the Xbox game app it will load forever on the black screen with the white Xbox logo.I can wait and wait forever, and nothing will ever happen.I can right click on the taskbar icon and click the "sign in" button.Then I get to the main page where I can click the "sign in" button at the top left of the page.Then nothing happens. I can click it again. nothing happens. Nothing ever happens.There is a little icon in the middle of the page warning me that my account is not logged in.When I click on that it opens a new window with a different sign in button which I can click on.

Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
   
2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
   
3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.
