Windows 10: I CAN'T LOG IN TO WIN10

I have a major problem that when I type the password to log in it says it is incorrect and I've resetted it 2 times to solve this problem and I am sure that my laptop have Internet connection meanwhile I can access my account on any other device EXCEPT MY LAPTOP I have seen this problem before here and it was solved but I can't access the same menu. That the person who have solved it did simply because I dont have that option in the log in screen I only have the WiFi icon and the ease of access icon (which doesn't work btw) in the bottom right corner, so I can't access the advanced options menu I have only one admin account which appears when I try to log in I rebooted the device several times and it still doesn't work the only option I have now is to reinstall windows and I don't think it is a good idea for me I hope someone helps...

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
