Windows 10: I cant log into my File Explorer

HelloI have recently been having issues with saving word documents. I will save it to my Odrive, but then when I got into File Explorer to access it, it does not show in there. I checked and File Explorer is saying my account is disconnected. I have always saved things to my personal Odrive, and been able to access this through file explorer, but now I can't. When I try to log into my personal account, it says that I have to use an organisation account, but then when i attempt to log into my university account it does not let me. I will 'add new account' and add the password and authentication

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

 

File explorer icon from taskbar dissappears while working on it

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
