Windows 10: i cant login in my account

Good day! I have a problem logging into my microsoft account. I tried to log in many times with the correct password, and after a while I logged in, but they wrote to me that my account was blocked because I allegedly tried to log in with the wrong password. later, I tried to recover using my email and phone number. it didn't work out. because I don't have access to the phone at the moment. I do not know who to turn to for help, because there is no microsoft technical support, and I do not know what to do, because I bought a lot of games in the microsoft store, and I would not like to lose the

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

  Login to your computer through administrator account.

  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.

  Select the user account, you want to remove.
