Windows 10: I can't login

I currently can not login to my laptop, I have it connected to my outlook account, I have 3 passwords it could be, but none of them work, I did try the PIN, but the laptop says that it isnt "Available" any attempts to reset or make a pin leads me no where. Its been like this for a few hours, I've put it into auto repair mode, any of the options like resetting it requires this password that I dont have. The laptop has been mine for several years now and only I use it, I reset the outlook password via my phone, and even used that to log in, as well as the old password that I know is correct as

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
