Windows 10: I can't make videos via the Photos application. Can someone help me?

I know this is such a grandpa question to ask but I can't seem to make video projects on my new laptop for some reason.

And here's what my old laptop looks like don't mind the pictures i have a celebrity crush problem lmao:



Can anyone fix this? I've been working on an animation for the past three months or so and I don't want that work going in the garbage. Thanks in advance!

Unable to export videos using Photos application

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are unable to export videos using Photo application, let us try few troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Refer the article on Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Photo application.

To do that,

1. Click on Start icon.
2. Type Windows PowerShell.
3. Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
4. Type the following command and press Enter: Get-AppxPackage *Photos* | Remove-AppxPackage

Restart the computer and reinstall Microsoft Photos app from Microsoft Store.

Update Photos Application.

Please check if Photos application is up-to-date by following the steps mentioned in

Creating Video Using Only Photos.

Try creating a video using only photos and not including a video in your creation and check if you are facing the same issue.

Method 3:
Fix Problems With Apps From Microsoft Store.
