Windows 10: I can't open Intel Graphics Control Panel. Error message "Unable to launch application....

I reformat my pc and I just installed the latest driver for Intel UHD 630 graphics. Everytime I open Intel Graphics Control Panel a message shows saying "Unable to launch application. None of the connected displays are using Intel Graphics Driver". Intel Graphics Properties also missing when I right click at desktop. Integrated graphics is visible in device manager. I tried reinstalling and try older driver versions but still doesn't work. Please help thanks.

Can't open my intel graphics control panel

Early last month a windows update corrupted a few drivers in my pc, among those was my intel graphics driver, from then on I was unable to open my intel graphics control panel, I have already uninstalled my drivers and installed the most up to date drivers
from the intel downloadcenter (DCH 25.20.100.6448 at the moment) but I still can't seem to open my intel graphics control panel, is there a way for me to fix this?

Hi

Right clicking desktop then click Graphics Properties should expand to it's control panel. If not try open Settings>System>Display on this page click on Advances Display Settings, when this page opens scroll to and click on Display Adapter Properties and
this will launch box with Graphics controls and the right tab for control panel. Click Graphics Properties box and this will open the panel you should see in desktop. It should launch from desktop though. You can also click on the Intel HD graphics icon in
the control panel.
