Windows 10: I can't open start up menu

Hello, can someone help me I can't open windows start up menu and other apps that is displayed in the task bar, I can open those in desktop like Chrome and microsoft edge, in the taskbar there are apps I can't open and the icon is invisible and when I tap them it says class not registered on top it says Explorer.EXE something like that. This is a other person account the main one doesn't have these problems, every other accounts have this problem. Thankyou in advance !!!!

Start menu not working

I found the following article, ran the suggested powershell command and my start menu is working again. Here it is as I found it:
Go to Start menu button and right click on it. This will open the contextual menu, after which you need to select Command Prompt (Admin). Once Command Prompt is open, go ahead with the following steps.

• Type and enter: Powershell
• Type the following: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
