    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Did you try sign in to Microsoft Rewards, using a different browser?

    Meanwhile, we would suggest you to create a

    New support request
    for Microsoft Rewards Support and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.

    Microsoft Rewards History

    I looked at my Microsoft Rewards order history and it doesn't look like any were completed. I checked the email(s) I received and found a confirmation number, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it. Everything in my order history says "shipped"
    but I feel like they should be listed as complete, so how can I do this? Or is everything how it should be?

    Why are my orders getting cancelled all of a sudden Every time I purchase something from Microsoft rewards it always says that my order got cancelled I cant order in Microsoft rewards :(
