Windows 10: I can't pprint from Word pad

In the past I could write and print using word pad, Now when I hit print the printed pages are empty of script.
Second I tried to switch to One Note however have problems starting new One Note. My old one notes are there and I can print but I cant start a new One Note page
Also Im older 85 and apparently I am unable to remember well, so
I think I may be a waste of time trying to help.

Ok, I deleted the item which you rightly said was in Documents Thank you

Going back to word pad,and I find the items still listed!

The important bit now and what I wanted to know.....Double click on the deleted item in word pad and a notice will show Cannot find file

Click Ok in that box and then,and only then will the item be deleted from the file box in word pad

I suggest you to try searching for Word pad though the search box in the task bar of your computer and check if it helps.

You may also, place the WordPad in the task bar of your computer for further access. Just right click on the
WordPad and Select Pin to taskbar.
