Windows 10: I can't print - metered connection

Discus and support I can't print - metered connection in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My new laptop had a Windows update 8/17/24. Now I can't print.     I can't print - metered connection


    My new laptop had a Windows update 8/17/24. Now I can't print. Says its because of metered connection. I turned that setting off and now it says driver is unavailable. Tried switching to private instead of public but still can't print. Cant find any answers that go this extra step. See screen shots. Anyone have ideas? I could print fine before the update.Windows 11, New HPEnvy, using personal wifi
