Windows 10: I can't run fallout 76

Hello! I Bought Xbox game pass in Microsoft store to play Fallout 76 Forza 4 and Dishonored 2. When I had installed these games, I found that i can't run Fallout 76 but I could play Dishonored and Forza. I tried to fix it by deleting settings file in My documents/my games/fallout 76. It hadn't success. Then I tried to remove "only for read" attribute from game files. It goes without saying that I had no result. Then I opened process hacker to dump parts of process and I was able to do it only with WerFault.exe. So, here is dump and video with problem
MY PC:
Ryzen 2600

16gb ddr4 3200

Nvidia gtx 1070

Last drivers and windows updates.

Fallout 76 + Discord attempted_switch_from_DPC

fallout 76 on game pass for pc

so i installed fallout 76 off of game pass for pc on to my computer, and normally when i run an online game or really any game, it asks if i want to give it permission to use private networks and stuff, but when it asked me for fallout 76 the screen had
went black and i wasn't able click enable, and i had to restart my computer now i cant get it to pop back up and i cant figure out how to allow it access to my private network, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Fallout 76 B.E.T.A arrives on Xbox One on October 23, 2018

Fallout 76 officially releases November 14 on Xbox One, but your first chance to experience the game can begin much earlier than that. We’re excited to announce that our B.E.T.A. (Break-It Early Test Application) will arrive first on Xbox One on Tuesday, October 23.

During the B.E.T.A. one of our primary goals is to stress test and break the game. As such, the servers will not be running 24/7; instead, they’ll be online during targeted timeframes, so we can get as many people possible playing at the same time. Why? Because that’s the best way put all our systems to the test and see how they respond.

On any given day the game might be up for anywhere from four to eight hours. Focusing as many players as we can into these windows is our prime objective. Then we’ll fix what we need to fix and do it again and again from the start of B.E.T.A. until a few days before launch. We’ll give you as much heads up as possible because we need you to log in during these times and play the game. We’ll also keep you posted through our official @Fallout and @bethesdastudios on Twitter as well as the Bethesda.net forums and our Bethesda.net Status Page to learn when servers will be online.

While the adventures you and your friends will experience will all be unique, you’ll start the same as everyone else: within the safe confines of Vault 76 on Reclamation Day. For the very first time, we’re excited to share how your journey will begin…
