Windows 10: I can't run most of my programs

My computer was very slow and almost every program was crashing, so I decided to do chkdsk /f /r, I was getting very impatient so I resetted my computer and in 50% it said "There was a problem resetting your PC" so I restarted it, waited for chkdsk to finish, logged in to windows then I clicked on a program it said "this app can't run in your pc" I opened my games, programs etc. nothing worked, browsers and ccleaner worked all the programs used to work before the chkdsk /f /r and the failed reset. My computer is 64-bit x64 windows 10 insider I tried resetting using all the options, I tried Refresh Windows tool it says "this app can't run in your pc". Updates doesn't work, and I also noticed that SysWOW64 is missing even though hidden items is on but there is a 0 byte file of syswow64. Is there any way to fix this?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Hello

You mentioned checking the the box 'Run as Administrator'

This is the opposite of what I require ,I wanted to avoid running programs as admin . By unchecking 'Run As Administrator' I am still getting an admin credential verification prompt

Any further suggestions ?
