Windows 10: I can't see my friend's realm invite on Windows 10

My friend recently started a realm on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, and sent me a link with the code to join the realm. I couldn't find the button to input the code. My friend told me that it was under the "Friends" tab, but I still couldn't find it, so I asked her to send me an invite. I've checked every tab in the game, but I couldn't find the invite.

Minecraft Windows 10, Friends tab shows nothing, no realms, no friends, invites do nothing. HELP

Recently my friend invited me to their minecraft realm on windows 10, which I played on no problem, which I go to via the friends tab. Then a few days ago when I go to the friends tab, it shows the whole "You have not become a member of any joinable realms",
as well as the whole "You have no friends playing minecraft right now", despite they are, and despite the fact that if I go onto my xbox companion thing, and go to my friend's profile and try to join via there, it again doesn't work.

What's going on? My friend said she invited me again but I didn't even get an invite notification or anything, so I don't even know where to look even if I DID get an invite. It's just, weird, why don't my friends show up anymore on the friends tab?

 

Cannot join a Realm on windows 10

i have been invited to join a realm with my friends and i have recived the invite but when i go to join the realm it says You're not invited to play on this server

 

Minecraft Realms Windows 10 Edition

Whenever I try to join my friends realm, it says: "You're not invited to play on this server." However, he has invited me, and it still says this. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?
