Windows 10: I can't seem to be able to talk to a person through the virtual agent,

Discus and support I can't seem to be able to talk to a person through the virtual agent, in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I'm having some issues with my pc and I ask to speak with a real agent, I answer the questions it gives and press the ( call me back) response , it...     I can't seem to be able to talk to a person through the virtual agent,


    I'm having some issues with my pc and I ask to speak with a real agent, I answer the questions it gives and press the ( call me back) response , it says wait time is 1 to 2 minutes, the dots go around for a while then it says an error has occurred and to try again later,I tried several times yesterday and the day before that and several times today and it's just the same dang thing over and over,, I've never had a problem like this the other times I've asked to talk to an agent and and used the call me back feature, everything went fine and I always got my problems solved, and now something is definitely wrong here, and every other thing I've tried always seems to send or take me someplace I don't need or want to go to,,, so how do I solve this issue so i can solve My other issue with my Desk top PC...     Virtual Agent not Connecting to a Person

    Virtual Agent works until I reach "Connect to a Person" and then the screen sits there spinning dots and never connecting. I have no problem connecting with a live person using our Windows 7, or Windows10 computers on the same internet router. This problem
    happens only with our Windows 8.1 computer. Please help.

    any time. Please briefly describe your issue below.



    Below has no cursor to describe issue.



    Microsoft Edge web browser.



    Yes I can type using word, etc.

    Virtual Agent

    You should ask the Virtual Agent to speak with a live human being. It will then transfer you to a live human and you can discuss your issues with that person.

    That's how you can make it work.

    My previous post was meant for those not familiar with the Virtual Agent.
