Windows 10: I can't seem to find my administrator

I have no option to say yes when I run newly downloaded applications and anything that's ran as administrator. I don't think I have an administrator so I can't seem to run these files. My problem is just like the picture just on windows 10.

Try the thread I started, it worked. I can't seem to find a url to link so here's the question to search for:

Thank your for your response. I did try that but it did not help. I have to agree with you about the administrator privileges. I really feel that is my problem but can't seem to find a way to fix it.

 

It would be helpful if we could see what accounts you have on your system. Please right click on the start button and select Command Prompt. Then type in the following command and cut and paste the results into a reply.

wmic useraccount list full

I've seen that panel a few times and the Yes does not show as clickable until after the required password has been entered. As it says, To continue, type an administrator password, and then click Yes.
