Windows 10: I can't set the resolution to 2560x1080 on my LG 29UM58-P ultrawide monitor

Grapich card: AMD FirePro 2100 Driver version: 25.20.15012.12 Driver date: 2019-01-08
Monitor: LG 29UM58-P ultrawide Driver version: 1.0.0.0 Driver date: 2015-08-26 with DP to HDMI adapter
OS: Win 10

Altough I tried updating all the drivers I can't set the resolution to 2560x1080 because there is no such an option at the display settings.
When I'm trying to update the driver of the monitor by clicking on the Update driver button at the monitor properties it says "The best drivers for your device are already installed". I saw that there is some new drivers at the support page of LG for this monitor, i've tried them all but when I run setup it does nothing but shows a popup with one line: "Driver installation success". No progress bar no nothing. And when I check again the driver of the monitor at the monitor properties I see that the driver is still 1.0.0.0. It does not get updated.

It just works fine on Ubuntu, without any settings required...

GTX 1050 2gb performance on LG 29UM59A-P

Hey, im still fairly new to pc gaming. I got a laptop (specs below) with gtx 1050 2gb. I found an ultrawide freesync monitor with 2560x1080p resolution with 75hz. I do know that you don't get freesync with nvidia gpu. So, my understanding is, since I'm a budget gamer here, is it worth getting a monitor? The link to the monitor is down below and a coupon code i have found lets me get the monitor at $180 instead of $400. No joke! But, what i really want to know is, can i still game at least around 60 fps with games like fortnite, rocket league, Battlefield 1, pubg, paladins, l4d2, and other games? I do know PUBG is a gpu heavy game and i get abotu 60 fps with low settings 900p. Also, can i use features like nvidia fast sync or adaptive vsync to remove screen tearing for smooth game play without losing frames on that ultrawide freesync monitor? I kinda want to get that ultrawide monitor since its on sale. I still play on my laptop screen in the meantime.

Monitor has only hdmi and usb c/thunderbolt 3. My laptop has TB3 as well. Can i use a TB3 cable and get the same performance as i would with an HDMI?

Display Resolution for two monitor have different settings

I bought a HP Pavilion with windows 10 home and im running 3 monitors. 1 32" LG TV and 2 LG Ultrawide monitors via a j5 create adaptor. For a while everything was running fine until the screen black out for a second the came back. The display resolution
went from 1920x1080(recommended) to 2560x1080(and is also saying recommended). I've already tried updating the drivers for both my intel graphics card and trigger 6 graphics card but, nothing seems to revert it back to 1920x1080. Could someone please help?
