Windows 10: I can't sign in to my account in the Microsoft store.

I've tried numerous things from another post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ft-store/c4879a3c-b34f-4563-b9e9-dddabd0eb048, and none of them have worked. I've tried signing out, but now I can't sign in. My account is automatically there, but when I click it and try to sign in, I always get the error code 0x80048103. I have an outlook account. Honestly, at this point, I don't know what to do. I need to download apps but they are not working. Is there anything else I can do and is resetting my computer an option?

Yes. When you sign in to the Store with a Microsoft account like in step 5 in Option Two of the tutorial below instead of switching to a Microsoft account you will and stay a local account.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
