  1. I Can't Update 2020-11 Cumulative Update KB4586853 (Error Code 0x800f0988)

Ever since I installed 19042.546 awhile back and KB4579311 was available through the Windows Update, I keep receiving error code 0x800f0988. Even with KB4586853 in the queue, I'm still coming across the same error message... After spending several hours on troubleshooting (and failing), it seems like my only option is to do a clean install and start from scratch.

Can someone out there help me understand the CBS file, so I won't have to go through the hassle of factory resetting my computer. I provided a link to the CBS, along with the DISM, in case that helps in any way.

Thank you very much and look forward to resolving this issue once and for all.
