Windows 10: I Can't update windows error (0x80080005)

Hello there, I've been unable to update windows at all. I don't know when this started happening but it's been well over a year that I'm unable to update windows. Due to this, I can't use the Microsoft store (Idk if that's because I can't update it). It constantly says "your device is missing important security and quality fixes". I've gone into command prompt using the troubleshooter and trying to reinstall the updater in update history but when I go into the update history section the thing just freezes. I was wondering if reinstalling windows would work but I want to avoid that.



EDIT: I've got an (idea centre A540-24ICB) It's got a i5-9400T with 8 GB of RAM / 64 bits OS

Sorry? Have you got the correct Tweaking .com's repair tool? Or followed the steps to the end where you actually do the numbered repairs?




- If you had followed all the steps I'd have expected it to take a bit longer.

It guides you through stages of preparation, then you perform the repairs in Safe Mode.

Of course, you can just go to Safe Mode, launch the program, and directly run the repairs, missing the preparation... not the best of ideas. It's designed to give you ways of going back if something goes wrong by creating a restore point, registry backup... then doing the repairs.
