    I cant upgrade to windows 10 from 21h2 to 22h2 version.


    I am trying to do a fresh install of windows 10 version 22h2 but as soon as windows loads I am getting a blue screen of death error. However, if I install the 21h2 version, its booting fine and no errors occur.     Len, Thank you. You are correct. Microsoft is pushing the update based on all Windows 10 instead of Windows 10 Pro x86 and higher only. As you mentioned earlier, Microsoft is working on a solution. In the meantime, everyone with Windows 10 Home, need not to worry at all.

    The update should only be applicable to the list below only.

    Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, version 21H2

    Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2

    Can you upgrade from Windows 10, version 22H2 to Windows 11, 21H2?

    I was wondering if you had access to an ISO or USB that had Windows 11, version 21H2 if you could use that to upgrade from Windows 10, version 22H2.

    The script ran fine.

    Your BIOS version is outdated (year 2016). Update the BIOS for your motherboard.

    And then use the Media Creation Tool to upgrade to 22H2. See How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft Community.

    Note:

    The Intel processor i5-6600K is not listed in the 22H2 CPU compatibility list.

    Anyway, give the 22H2 setup a try.

    However, the processor is listed in the 21H2 CPU compatibility list.
