Windows 10: I can't use my keyboard and mouse after resetting with WinRE.

Hello,My Windows 10 have a bit of issue lately,and I tried restarting to Windows Safe mode. When I was presented with a login screen,I tried to type my login password with my keyboard but It remains unresponsive. I tried using my mouse to open virtual keyboard,but the mouse is unresponsive too.After that,I force shutdown my computer and tried getting to WinRE. I tried to reset my PC through WinRE and choose the 'Keep personal files' option. After booting up,the same problems persists,I can't use my keyboard neither my mouse.BIOS recognized the keyboard and mouse and I can navigate through the

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 20H1 x64. When I boot the computer into WinRE, my mouse and keyboard no longer work!

Today, something happened that gave me an idea about why. I just don't know how to fix it. Here is what I discovered: After a clean installation of Windows 10, I discovered that the following device drivers were flagged as faulty:

• Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C26 (INTEL), version 10.1.1.13, 2015-10-28
  
• Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C2D (INTEL), version 10.1.1.13, 2015-10-28

I was able to use the device manager to replace them with the following:

• Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C26 (Microsoft)
• Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C2D (Microsoft)

When I did that, the mouse and keyboard started working again.





How can I fix the mouse and keyboard problem in WinRE? Can the steps I provided for Windows itself somehow be applied to WinRE? How?
