    i can't use my touchpad key combination


    hello there. can anyone help me with my problem? i don't know If my laptop is not working properly or what. but when i notice that my touchpad is disabled and try to press FN+F10, it locked in the disabled touchpad. i keep pressing FN+F10, but the the screen show me the "touchpad is disabled" words every time i press FN+F10. I've tried using tips from internet, like using the setting and goes to Bluetooth and device setting it's not working because i didn't see any touchpad setting like how the instruction told me, i tried using device manager to try and update my touchpad it didn't work be
