    I had the same problem with my Dell Inspiron... I, also, would appreciate a copy of your modded driver. Alternatively, advice on "modding" my old driver, if Dell can supply one. L: hdservatt@yahoo.com. Thanks.

    I also have been having the same issues. My laptop will only display on my TV via HDMI. I cannot get the laptop to recognize it's own screen. Pls share the modded driver.
